OUT ABOUT CAMPUS: On Wednesday, October 12, students from Fordham Theatre Program, along with students from The Ailey School/Fordham BFA in Dance, and Fordham Music Program’s Lincoln Center Jazz Ensemble, performed as part of the President’s Inaugural Showcase. Cast members from our upcoming Mainstage production of Paula Vogel’s INDECENT, including Tyler Bey, Valeria Fernandez, Eliza Pagelle, Joshua Screen, and Andrew Shapiro, performed scenes from the show; while fellow Performance Concentration students Jason Maina, and Matt Green were the evening’s emcees. The showcase, titled “The Movement, Music, and Melodrama of NYC,” was directed by Fordham Theatre Director May Adrales.
In her closing remarks at the end of the showcase, President Tetlow thanked the students for their “stunning” performance and their ability to evoke emotion.
